How Do I Place An Order?
Simply click the "Add to cart" button on the product page and you can either click another button to go directly to your cart or click the yellow bag icon at the top left of the page to go to your cart. From your cart you click the "checkout" button and follow the steps to pay for and process your order.
Payment and Shipping
After making a purchase, generally 2-3 business days are needed to process and ship your order. No orders will be shipped on Saturday and Sunday.
PRODUCT REQUESTS
Please email us at femi.handmade@gmail.com if you are seeking products that are not found on this website. We will do our best to help you get whatever items you want and that we sell, into your hands.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
Payments may be made with either Paypal or directly with a credit/debit card. Payments are secure and we do not keep or store your payment information.
Returns & Refunds
You are guaranteed to be 100% satisfied with anything that you order. If you are not happy for any reason at all (or even no reason at all), you can return it for your choice of either a full refund or exchange.
All returns must be undamaged and returned within 30 days of your purchase. Buyers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returns. If possible you can always make returns at our shop in Arundel Mills Mall.
